HUEBER Service GmbH was founded in 2005 with the goal of providing high-quality service for HUEBER vertical agitators.
The over 500 HUEBER vertical agitators delivered by Rudolf Hueber since their development in 1967 are found throughout the European paper, pulp, and fiberboard industry.
Other special developments and services were also added to the program upon specific customer requests. For the 10th anniversary, the service portfolio was expanded to include all services related to gears, especially custom gears.
Since the beginning of 2015, HUEBER has been offering the entire supply chain, from service and repairs to new custom gears, with experienced and specialized technicians and engineers. HUEBER draws on over 40 years of experience in standard and custom gear manufacturing with its employees and partners.
In the summer of 2020, a highly precise measuring arm and unique software for generating unknown tooth geometry from used and damaged gears were acquired. After special training, the portfolio of HUEBER Service GmbH was expanded to include mobile gear measurement, the HUEBER GEAR XY. In the spring of 2022, HUEBER emphasizes its customer orientation with the tab “Free Service” by providing information, calculation tools, and drawing templates for gear services online.
